Ghost Negotiator is a voice-first web app that helps you handle painful real-world phone moments (like canceling a gym membership) using ElevenLabs Conversational AI—so the interaction feels natural, fast, and “human enough” for a real call scenario. Built for #ElevenHacks with Cursor, the experience is designed for a polished demo: preset scenarios, a live-call UI, transcript bubbles, and a demo mode (?demo=1) for a repeatable vertical video flow. How I used the tech ElevenLabs: conversational agent session in the browser (@elevenlabs/client), voice interaction, and dashboard-driven agent behavior for the “real call” path. Cursor: end-to-end product iteration—UI polish, PWA installability for mobile filming, and demo sequencing for a tight on-camera story. What makes it special It’s not just “chat with an AI”—it’s framed like a real phone negotiation with cinematic UI states (calling → on-call), a clean transcript experience, and a demo path optimized for 9:16 filming and home-screen install.
