Dunner is an AI revenue recovery agent for SaaS companies that turns failed Stripe invoices into live recovery calls in the merchant’s own cloned voice. We used ElevenLabs to clone each merchant’s voice and power the outbound voice agent, so failed-payment customers hear a trusted vendor voice instead of a generic bot. We used Stripe Connect and Stripe billing/payment APIs to detect invoice.payment_failed events, trigger recovery workflows, send recovery links, apply offers, update payment flows, and collect Dunner’s success fee only when the invoice is recovered. What makes Dunner different is that it is not another reminder email or passive dashboard. It is a live AI recovery operator: it calls, negotiates, takes real Stripe actions during the conversation, and helps SaaS businesses recover revenue before failed payments become churn
