I built a Pokemon-style startup sim where you choose a founder, recruit a company, survive pitch battles, and race to Demo Day. ElevenLabs powers the game’s entire personality layer: rival founders taunt you with custom voices, mentors brief you in-character, music shifts with each startup stage, and a voice-command mode lets you make key choices out loud. Built entirely in Zed without hand-editing code, it turns startup culture into a fast, funny, replayable RPG. I added some fun easter eggs (for example PG - paul graham, father of startups, is there, and so is Garry Tan as a cameo - unofficial).

Users record a short voice journal entry each day. The app clones their voice, transcribes the entry, uses an LLM to generate a reflective summary/insight, then reads it back in the user's own voice — so it feels like a wiser version of themselves giving advice. Over time it builds a searchable timeline of entries with mood tracking. I MADE A MISATAKE WITH MY SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS BUT I CANT CHAGE THEM TO THE CORRECT LINKS...

TOONCAST automatically translates Korean webtoons into English with AI-powered voice narration — turning any Naver Webtoon episode into a fully readable, listenable experience in minutes. Paste a webtoon URL and TOONCAST handles the rest: it scrapes every panel, sends them through GPT-4 Vision for OCR and translation, inpaints over the Korean text, renders clean English typography back onto each panel, stitches them into scrollable strips, and generates spoken narration of the dialogue. ElevenLabs powers the narration layer. After translation, TOONCAST extracts dialogue from the OCR results, filters out sound effects, sorts text in natural reading order (top-to-bottom, left-to-right), and generates per-panel audio using ElevenLabs TTS (Flash v2.5). Individual panel audio is concatenated into a full episode MP3, so readers can listen along as they scroll — or just listen hands-free. The frontend is a retro CRT-styled SPA with real-time SSE progress tracking, a side-by-side compare view, full-scroll reading mode, and integrated audio playback per panel or per episode.

Call Me Maybe scrapes business documents (SEC filings, company sites) with Firecrawl to find contact phone numbers, then uses ElevenLabs to automatically call them with a customized voice agent. Lead gen onautopilot. How it uses the tech: Firecrawl handles the hard scraping - SEC forms, gated business directories, sites that require IP rotation. ElevenLabs powers the outbound voice calls with scheduled calling across different times/days. For the hackathon (with the credit limits) the tool calls you after confirming your number. What makes it fun (and what you can do with your own API keys and credits) - you can call every VC firm registered in the VC firm lobbying association (there are 3000+ so you have to BYO API key here) - I also made a fun google api integration that books a random restaurant (or your chosen restaurant for you) - There is a customizable caller agent too (so you can call whoever you want)
