I built GitHub Guild, a complete visual reimagining of GitHub as a fantasy RPG guild hall. The original GitHub workflow stays recognizable, but the design language is completely reinvented: repositories become quest logs, issues become bounties, pull requests become council reviews, GitHub Actions becomes the forge, Copilot becomes the arcane scribe, and open source becomes the guild network. The site includes an interactive quest workflow, a cinematic demo panel, a custom ElevenLabs Guild Master voice guide that narrates the experience, and a Groq-powered “Ask the Guild Master” assistant that explains GitHub concepts inside the fantasy world. Built with v0 for the redesign, ElevenLabs for the voice narration, and Groq for the in-world assistant.
