Built an Interactive horror game set in eerie backrooms where each level increases the number of ghost entities you must defeat. Move using your phone as a controller and fire by shaking it - powered by iphone motion sensors like accelerometer and gyroscope for immersive gameplay. 1️⃣ OVERVIEW > MapScape is an interactive 3D mapping platform that transforms traditional navigation into an immersive, voice-driven experience. Instead of static maps, users explore living geographic zones that narrate stories, host AI conversations, and display dynamic 3D billboard advertisements. 2️⃣ CORE IDEA > Traditional maps stop being useful once you reach a place. MapScape extends that moment by making locations interactive as users move through a photorealistic 3D environment 3️⃣ INTERACTIVE ZONES > Zones are mapped areas that come alive when a user enters them. Each zone can automatically trigger voice narration, host real-time AI conversations, and present contextual information about the place. This allows landmarks, campuses, cities, or events to communicate directly with users, creating a more engaging and informative environment. 4️⃣ BILLBOARDS > MapScape introduces a new way for brands to promote themselves through 3D billboards placed in real-world locations. These include panels, airships, and airplane banners that exist inside the 3D map. As users explore, these billboards deliver voice-driven promotional content, interactive brand experiences, and direct links to products or services, blending marketing naturally into the environment. 5️⃣ UX & ADMIN > Users explore locations in 3D through a search-based interface, discovering interactive zones with real-time storytelling and brand content, creating a digital world-like experience rather than a traditional map. At the same time, the admin system allows creators to design zones and promotional billboards, configure voice and AI interactions, and deploy campaigns with real-time previews, enabling seamless creation and management of interactive spatial experiences. 6️⃣ HOW WE USED KIRO > We used Kiro to keep the whole build structured from the start, through a spec-driven approach, where structured documents defined requirements, design, and implementation before any code was written, ensuring a clear and scalable architecture from the start. Steering documents maintained consistency across the codebase, while agent hooks automatically kept documentation in sync with every change, eliminating drift. Iterative “vibe-coding” sessions helped rapidly design and refine UI and interactive features, allowing us to build complex voice-driven interactions efficiently without guesswork.

DocSurfer is an assistant built to turn documents into interactive, visual experiences. You can upload your own files and query them in natural language using a turbopuffer powered vector search, ensuring answers are fast, context-aware, and grounded directly in your content with cited passages for transparency. What sets DocSurfer apart is that it goes beyond traditional chat. From any response, you can generate an “Experience” - transforming the information into a comic-style learning with visuals, narration, sound effects, and background music, all powered by ElevenLabs for an immersive experience.

Imposter Among You is a mystery game where every session generates a fresh case to solve. Players step into the role of a detective, questioning three suspects - each brought to life with unique, realistic voices using ElevenLabs voice design. As you gather clues through conversations, inconsistencies begin to surface, challenging you to think critically and uncover the truth and find the accused. The entire experience was built using Replit Agent 4, enabling rapid development and seamless deployment of this voice-driven investigative game.

Shortcut is an AI-powered video intelligence tool that helps you find, edit, and create videos much faster. You can paste a YouTube link, search inside the video, jump to exact moments, cut clips, generate scripts, and add AI voiceovers - all in one place. It also uses ElevenLabs for text-to-speech voiceovers and the Scribe model for accurate transcripts. Behind the scenes, it runs on Cloudflare’s stack. Workers AI turns videos into searchable data, Vectorize helps you find exact moments, D1 stores metadata, R2 handles large files, and KV manages fast key-value data. Everything runs on Cloudflare Workers at the edge, so your edits, scripts, and changes are saved instantly and work smoothly in real time. In short, it makes video creation fast and simple - even if you’re not an editor.

InSight - a vision-aware personal agent that understands what you see and do in real time. It solves the problem of context-less assistance by turning your environment into actionable intelligence. Insight capture live camera frames, process them with GPT Vision, and send the extracted context via a webhook into ElevenLabs for real-time agent responses. Using ElevenAgents, Insight enables real-time voice interaction and agent orchestration, while Firecrawl brings in live web data for relevant, up-to-date responses. Combined with tools like Camera vision, Twilio for SMS, Supabase for Data storage, InSight delivers seamless, context-aware help exactly when you need it.
